I - Nourishing Congregations Workshops
- This series of 4 to 6 hour workshops provide information to the membership at large about the way congregational systems work. It encourages input from small groups about current issues and the history of the church. The process is non-confrontational and involves a larger cross-section of the ceongregation. It is designed to encourage leadership.

II - Leadership Effectiveness and Growth
- Instruments called 360 assessments initiates this porcess. The Pastor and the Center staff select from a variety of instruments that assess leadership skills. The Pastor and 8 to 12 members of the congregation, chosen for their current leadership role in the church or for their historical participation in the operation of the church, as chosen or self-selected to answer a questionnaire.
- The questionnaires produce profiles of leadership skills and/or interpersonal relationship skills. The pastor's personal profile describes the pastor's vision of leadership and the other profiles suggests the church's desired type of leadership. The profiles are used as a learning method for both the pastor and the congregation.
- After the pastor's profile is reviewed privately with the pastor, he/she can decide, along with their personnel committee, how the information will be used.
- The purpose of the Leadership Effectiveness and Growth process is to help both pastor and congregation understand how their visions of leadership are similar and dissimilar. It provides a basis for growth and change for the leadership within a congregation.

III - Leadership Training
- At the request of a session or nominating committee, Center staff will provide a variety of training events. Sessions can be one hour or more as fit the needs of the group. The sessions are designed individually with both Center staff, committee chairs and pastors involved so that the training best meets the requirements for the congregation.

IV - Conflict Resolution
